Express Shipping charges
Express Shipping (only in India) is INR 200

Shipping timeline
For standard shipping, most orders are typically delivered within 6-7 business days within India. If you opt for our express shipping option, you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days.
For International Orders it take 2-3 weeks from date of order.
Tracking order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Service delays
Rubilon is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters or clearance delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.
Custom fees
Custom duties/taxes/charges can be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country– Rubilon is not responsible for these charges and we are not aware of what these charges would be for each destination country, if applicable. We would recommend contacting your local custom office to inquire about what these rates would be for parcels being shipping from India to your country of residence.
Failed delivery
For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you or refusal to pay custom fees - Rubilon does not take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will have to pay the shipping fees once again.
Return policy
The return has to be requested within a day from the date of product delivered for domestic orders. We do not accept returns on international orders yet.
Return requests will be accepted only under the following conditions:
- If there is a manufacturing defect in the piece.
- If the package is damaged.
To return a product, pictures of the defect must be sent to us.
If you decide to return a product that is not defective and the return is driven by your personal preferences, shipping charges will be borne by you. The fixed charge for the same is INR 250.
For either of the cases, please inform us in due time and we will arrange for a return pickup. Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and goes through a quality check within 48 hours. Thereafter on approval, the refund will reflect in your original payment mode within 20 business days.
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, like customised orders, sale items, gift cards, or accessories.
