As all our products are manufactured on a ‘made-to-order’ basis, we do not accept returns unless the customer has received a damaged piece. To be eligible for a repair or exchange, you must send us proof of damage within 24 hours of receiving the product. Upon evaluation, the product’s eligibility for repair or exchange will be decided. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at rubiloninfo@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of receiving it if the item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

A few products cannot be returned like customised orders, special orders, and personalised items.

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges unless the customer has received a damaged piece. To be eligible for exchange, you must send us proof of damage within 24 hours of receiving the productUpon evaluation, the product’s eligibility for repair or exchange will be decided. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Purchases made on sale days' are not eligible for exchanges.

 

REFUNDS

We may give refunds for some purchases, depending on the refund policies described below.

i) If the client has received a damaged piece and does not want to exchange it. In this case the client has to send us proof of damage within 24 hours of receiving the product. Upon evaluation, the product's eligibility for refund will be decided.

ii) If the client has placed an order for a product that will take more than 10-14 business days to produce but they do not want to wait that long to receive the product.
