Q: Can I customise a product?

Q: Will a bag break?
Just like any other leather bag you might own- our bags are robust and require equal care. Since they are handwoven together using a chord, please be mindful as to not put any sharp objects in or near the bag which can possibly tear it apart. For longevity, try to avoid contact with rough and dirty surfaces.

Q: How can I clean my product if I spilled something on it?
You can use a wet towel and then a dry towel to clean any spillage on the item.

Q: How can I request customisations for my order?
During the checkout process, you'll find an option labeled "Add a note to your order" in your cart. Here, you can provide specific customisation details or requests you have for your order.                                                                             Alternatively, you can also drop us a message on Instagram at @rubilxn or mail us at rubiloninfo@gmail.com and we can discuss it further.

Q: What should I do if I receive a defective order?
We are very sorry to hear that and will take the appropriate steps to resolve the issue. If you receive a product with a defect, please follow these steps

Step 1: Take clear pictures of the defect. Make sure the pictures clearly show the issue.

Step 2: Contact our customer support team within a day of receiving the product. You can reach out to us through [rubiloninfo@gmail.com/ @rubilxn], providing your order details and the pictures of the defect.

Step 3: Our support team will review the pictures and your case. If the defect is confirmed, we can either refund the amount or exchange the product free of cost.  

Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.   

Q: What if I put my address incorrectly?
If you have given the incorrect address, please contact us either on our email or our Instagram within a day. Rest assured, we will make the adequate changes immediately.

Q: Can I order something that's not in stock but I’d really like to have?
We understand how disappointing it can be when a desired product is out of stock. However, there's still a chance we can help you get what you're looking for.
If a product is marked as out of stock simply contact us and provide the details of the product you're interested in. Our team will do their best to check the availability and give you a timeline for restock. Your interest is important to us, and we're here to assist you in any way we can.
